Thanks Card

I have some pics I've been wanting to post for a while and this is one of them. It's a thanks card made with the Beyond Birthdays cart. Beyond Birthdays was one of the first cartridges I bought and I am not in love with it but have been challenging myself to use it more frequently.

Treats for Craft Fair

Here are more craft fair goodies...

These hold packs of breath mints (like Tic Tacs). I am working on some for the holidays and some that are just generic for friends. This is the first one I made.

These little guys are much cuter in real life! They are peppermint patty monsters. Between the two layers is a peppermint patty. I saw these made using punches, but I made them using my cricut.
These also have mint patties in them. I love this little spider! This was also an idea I saw made from punches.

Craft Fair Goodies...More Cards

Here are a few more misc. cards I made for the fair. I am not in love with the baby buggy cards (especially the blue one) but since they're made, we'll see if they sell.

Craft Fair Goodies....Cards

Finally getting around to posting some of the goodies for the craft fair. First, some cards. It's hard for me to "mass produce" cards because I very much like to make them personal to the recipient. Obviously, I can't do that when they're for sale. Soooo...during the back to school sale, I got a couple of boxes of these long skinny envelopes for like 0.29 per box, so I thought I'd
make cards to fit them. Here are a few, using the basic same layout for all.

Straight from Heaven...

I am working on tons of stuff for our craft fair at work, so hopefully I'll post the pics of that tomorrow. But I had to share the news of our new arrival that I'm convinced came straight from heaven....a Cricut Gypsy! My husband had been saving up for something he wanted to buy, and last week he told me he'd like to buy the Gypsy for me. Woo Hoo!!! He had been saving this money up for a long time, and I know that was a big sacrifice for him. Thanks honey! I had been looking at them on Ebay and they seemed sorta expensive. Thank the Lord, I walked into Michael's yesterday and it was there on sale....way cheaper than Ebay. I am so excited. After several hours, I'm starting to get the hang of it. Oh the possibilities....

Present Card

Someone ordered a birthday card from me and this is what I came up with. I had forgotten about this paper so I thought I'd try it. The card is from Wild Card Cartridge.

Blessings,

Happy Birthday....to me!

Today is my birthday and my wonderful friends at church made me some fabulous cards so I thought I'd share! I am so blessed to have the best friends and family ever. My hubby got me a subscription to Martha Stewart Living (LOVE HER!) and Martha's books on organizing and keeping your home. (I also love to organize and clean so that was right up my alley). I am having a wonderful birthday even though I feel a little old. Enjoy my friend's creations!

This was made by my crafty friend Dori using the Forever Young cartridge. She knows I love all things pink and sparkly, so she did good!

I got this card from my husband's aunt Linda. She's not only his aunt but my good crafting buddy as well! The card has a bookmark in the front attached to the flower.
